Vegas 2008

We decided to hit the road right after Halloween and headed for Vegas. It was the quickest Vegas trip I've ever taken but a much needed get away and well worth the 6 hour drive there cause we all really enjoyed it. Here's a picture of all of us at The Luxor where we stayed. Kasia is a huge anything egyptian fan at the moment so we thought it would be really neat for her if we stayed there. It was actually an awesome hotel. It's in the shape of a pyramid and to get to your room you had to take an inclinator (not an elevator) it was the weirdest feeling cause you could tell you weren't going straight up and down.





We went to the Shark Reef exhibit at Mandalay Bay. It was cool to watch the girls faces when checking out all the sea life. We got to touch the sting rays and watch two sea turtles dance in the water.



All in all, we had a great time just getting away and spending some quality time with the girls. We took over 300 pictures of all the fun stuff we got to see and do. We also went to see the Sirens of TI (the free outdoor show put on by Treasure Island) and M&M world. We look forward to more getaway vacations like this one but maybe just not as rushed. We only got to stay for one night but like I said, it was worth it!!
